Initiated by Sophie Trobos and Rahel Rupprechter, the inn.wien ensemble embarked on its very first project in December 2020. After the idea was conceived in September 2020, initial concerts were scheduled in Tyrol. Unfortunately, the Corona lockdown intervened and prevented the concerts from taking place. However, this did not stop the musicians: a professional recording of individual movements from the original program was realized together with recording director Michael Leitner and sound engineer Lukas Thurnwalder from the Kollektiv kunstvolk. The recording took place in Mieming, Tyrol and was professionally filmed by our then bassist Joachim Pedarnig. The recording of the Haydn Cello Concerto has so far reached over 2000 clicks on YouTube.
